A true St. Augustine native, Amy's family has lived in the Ancient City since its founding in 1565. She's happy to share her extensive knowledge of the area and local tips, tricks & recommendations with guests to ensure they make the most out of their stay in the STA. An avid traveller, always staying in Airbnbs herself, Amy understands what guests are looking for in a vacation home and strives to provide guests and owners nothing short of an Elite experience.
Rachel Hancock
Born and raised in Michigan, Rachel made the move to Florida in 2014 and quickly fell in love with all St Augustine has to offer!
She has an adventurous spirit, is a true "people person", and is a world traveler. Having a strong work ethic and a background in the hospitality industry makes the vacation rental sector a perfect fit for her career. Rachel takes pride in providing the best experience possible to homeowners and vacation guests alike.
